On Anzac Day 2010, ex Petty Officer Stores Naval David (Butch) Cassidy floated the idea of a Reunion of ex and serving members of the Naval Stores Branch. At the reunion in 2011, the Naval Stores Association was formed with David as the inaugural President with ex Chief Petty Officer Stores Naval Nigel Jesson, the Secretary - Treasurer.
To bring together ex Naval Stores members and to preserve the history of all those who served as part of the Naval Stores Branch
We are committed to:
Coordinating and promoting the reunion of ex and serving members of the Naval Stores branch
Maintain contact on a regular basis with ex members
Support ex members of the Naval Stores, who may have fallen on hard times
Acknowledge the next of kin of members that may have passed on
Maintain records of ex members of the Naval Stores branch to enable communications between ex members whilst preserving confidentiality
